Add 30G Sugar And 200G Bao Flour To A Large Bowl.


Cover the lid and let them proof for 30 minutes. When the water begins to boil, lower to low and continue to steam for 20 minutes. Heat remaining ½ cup milk until simmering.

Slice into 8 even pieces and place them seam side down in the steamer. Now, cut the prepared dough to circular or spherical shapes. Fill the pot with some room.

Steam The Buns For 20 Minutes.


The mixture should become slightly foamy. Divide the dough into small portions and roll it to make a long oval shape. Place four buns in each tray.

Step 6 Steam The Bun And Serve Hot.
